INVITATION

The 8th East Asia Workshop for Marine Environment and Energy(EAWOMEN2) provides a vital forum for East Asian researchers, engineersand graduate students to share and exchange the latest research and technology in the field of marine environment and energy.
The workshop will promote scientific advancement and technological progress, contribute to the environmentally sound and sustainable development, and enhance international cooperation with experts and participants.
The 8th EAWOMEN2 will be hosted and organized by the Korean Society for Marine Environment and Energy (KOSMEE), which is the 20th anniversary in 2017. Especially, it will be held in same place back to back with 2017 KOSMEE Conference.
It is my pleasure to invite you to join the 8th EAWOMEN2, and all of you will be warmly welcome to Jeju island, a premier tourist attraction in Korea.

제8차 EAWOMEN2 행사가 오는 10월 12일(목)~14일(토)까지, 제주 서귀포KAL호텔에서 개최될 예정입니다.

발표를 희망하시는 분들은 7월 1일까지 첨부 파일의 양식을 참고하시어 abstract 를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

EAWOMEN2 행사는 4개국(한국,일본,대만,중국)이 참여 하에 해양환경기술 및 에너지분야 관리를
위한 회원국간 최신 연구활동 교류 및 정보공유 등 해양환경/에너지 보전 및 개선에 기여하고자 동아시아
해양관련국들의 참여로 2년마다 개최를 합니다.

이번 행사는 한국이 주관하여 진행되는 행사로 10주년이 되는 뜻깊은 행사가 될 예정입니다. 학회 회원분들께서도
많은 참여와 관심을 부탁드립니다.

또한, 이번
행사는 우리학회 창립 20주년 추계학술대회와 연계하여 진행합니다. 추계학술대회는 2017년 10월 11일(수)~12일(목)까지 이며, 12일(목)오후부터 EAWOMEN2 행사로 이어서 진행하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다. (추계학술대회 일정은 별도 추후에 공지드릴 예정입니다.)

EAWOMEN2 관련 행사에 발표를 희망하시는 분들은 아래 일정을 참고하시어 학회 사무국으로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.
