announce the 24th International Conference on Port and Ocean Engineering under
Arctic Conditions (POAC17) which will be held in Busan Korea. High quality
research describing original and unpublished results of conceptual,
constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Port
and Ocean Engineering under Arctic Conditions are cordially invited to present
at the conference.
